By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Colyap provides an AI-powered voice conversation service that allows users to engage in phone conversations with an artificial intelligence system. The AI is designed to provide companionship, conversation, and support.

3. Call Recording and Consent

ALL CONVERSATIONS WITH OUR AI SERVICE ARE RECORDED FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE, TRAINING, AND SERVICE IMPROVEMENT PURPOSES.

3.1 Consent to Recording: By using our Service, you explicitly consent to the recording of all voice conversations between you and our AI system. This consent applies to each call you make to our Service.

3.2 Purpose of Recording: Recorded conversations are used for:

  • Training and improving our AI models
  • Quality assurance and service improvement
  • Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Troubleshooting and technical support

3.3 Legal Compliance: Our recording practices comply with federal and state laws. We operate under one-party consent principles where legally permitted, and obtain explicit consent in two-party consent jurisdictions.

3.4 Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your consent to recording at any time by discontinuing use of our Service. However, withdrawal does not affect recordings made prior to withdrawal.

4. AI Disclosure

4.1 Artificial Intelligence Notice: You acknowledge and understand that you are communicating with an artificial intelligence system, not a human being. Our Service uses AI technology to generate responses and engage in conversation.

4.2 No Professional Services: Our AI does not provide professional services such as medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. Any information provided is for conversational purposes only.

10. Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscription Policy

• Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance at $6.09 per month

• Subscriptions include 30 minutes of talk time per month

• Additional minutes are charged at $0.09 per minute

• Overage charges are billed at the end of your billing period

10.1 Billing: Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. Additional usage beyond your included minutes will be billed at the end of your billing cycle.

10.2 No Refunds: All subscription payments and overage charges are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for unused portions of your subscription.

10.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to the service until your subscription end date
  • No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period
  • Any accrued overage charges will be billed immediately upon cancellation
  • Your subscription will not automatically renew after the end date

10.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
