We record ALL voice conversations between you and our AI system for automated AI self improvement purposes. However, not in the way you think. Our goal is to serve user privacy first. Your data is on an encrypted database. Any analysis done to improve our systems is done by automated algoritms- On the whole database to find patterns, this keeps user anonymity, and no one has full context of user, not even the AI.

2.1 Service Operations

  • The pipelines to improve conversation flow with you, is based on your past conversations. This is completely automated, doesn't require us to look at your data.
  • However, to do it we need to store your data in our encrypted database.

  • Enhance conversation quality and accuracy
  • Conduct research and analysis on patterns run for the whole user group, and not an individual. Maintaining privacy for an individual user at all times.

3.1 Voice Biometric Data: We may create voiceprints from your recordings for authentication and personalization purposes. This is done with your explicit consent.

3.2 Retention Period: Voice recordings and biometric data are retained for up to 3 years for AI training purposes, unless you request earlier deletion.

3.3 Protection Measures: Voice data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with access truly limited to only a single individual for ETL pipelines creation.
